so im abit late in starting my blog. but i thought it would be better if i put all my research on here than into a boring folder. still cant get my head around this blogging thing. im not even sure how to add a picture...hmmm...ahhh add image might help.

anyway. the majority of my ideas/diary are in my sketch book.

The main starting idea was to work with origami and paper. a kind of installation or a 3d kind of thing. which i have kept along with. for both projects. for image, text, narrative i am using origami/paper blow up boxes and i and doing a kind of installation out in the real world. i need a tree, a nice day, ladders, cameras and lots of blow up boxes to do what i want to do.

for books multiples and editions it has changed to many different things. now i am using something called shrinkies and i love it. its great for creating small tiny cute things which i love doing.

my tutor craig told me to include my hobbies and interests into my work, which just happen to be dinosaurs. so in development right now are shrinkie dinosaur skulls, but i am not quite sure what to do with them at the minute.

i have had a thought about doing something textiles like that include using fossil skulls but with textile work instead. the idea came after looking at some old weaving work that looks cool that i might use as wall hangings now instead, but i might talk to my tutor first.

ok i think iv put enough in this post i shall update later once i have my research sorted out.
